At The Regent, your pets are part of the community too—with an on-site pet play area, a convenient pet washing station, and gated grounds made for easy strolls. Preston Ridge Trail is just around the corner for the long walks they love.
Dogs & Cats Welcome
We happily accept cats and dogs, up to 2 per home, with no weight limit. We have a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet, with a monthly pet rent of $15 per pet. Breed restrictions may apply.
